Job summary

Maersk is seeking a People Partner Manager in the Philippines to lead the local execution of the global People Strategy and advise leaders on people-related matters. You will drive the annual HR cycle, ensure policy compliance, and enable internal mobility across teams and regions.

The role requires extensive HR generalist experience, deep labor-law knowledge, and a proven ability to partner with senior leaders in a large international organization. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR generalist experience.
• Advanced knowledge of labor law and compliance.
• Experience in large international organizations.

Responsibilities

• Implement the global People Strategy locally in the Philippines.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on people-related matters.
• Lead annual HR cycle: performance, compensation reviews, succession, development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and policy alignment.
• Monitor local labor law changes for ongoing compliance.
• Act as talent broker for internal mobility across teams/regions.
• Collaborate with regional people team on daily HR operations.
• Analyze HR data to generate insights and drive decisions.
• Design and deliver training sessions for leaders and employees.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by the manager.
