Job summary

Maersk Global Service Centres Philippines Limited is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead the local execution of the global People Strategy, advise leaders, and drive annual HR cycles including performance, compensation, and development. You will ensure compliance with local labor laws, enable internal mobility, and partner with regional teams on day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience as an HR generalist.
Advanced knowledge of labor law.
Experience in large international organizations.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

Implement the global People Strategy at the local level in line with regional goals.
Serve as trusted advisor to leaders on people-related matters.
Lead annual HR cycle activities: performance, compensation, succession, talent development.
Provide guidance on employee relations and ensure compliance with policies and local laws.
Monitor local labor law changes and ensure compliance.
Facilitate internal mobility and development across teams and regions.
Collaborate with regional people team on daily HR operations and complex cases.
Analyze HR data to generate insights and drive decisions.
Design and deliver training for local leaders and employees.
