Job summary

Maersk in the Philippines invites a senior HR leader to implement the global People Strategy locally in Quezon City. You will partner with leaders, guide performance and talent development, and ensure compliant, people-focused solutions across the business.

The role requires 15+ years as an HR generalist, deep labor-law knowledge, comfort with complex stakeholder networks in a large international organization, and a proactive, autonomous, collaborative mindset with excellent English

Qualifications

15+ years of experience as an HR generalist.
Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals including recruitment and performance management.
Advanced labor law knowledge; union experience beneficial.
Experience in large international organizations and stakeholder management.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Implement the global People Strategy at the local level.
Serve as advisor to leaders on people-related matters.
Lead the annual HR cycle: performance, compensation, succession, and talent development.
Provide guidance on employee relations and policy compliance.
Monitor local labor law changes to ensure compliance.
Act as a talent broker to enable internal mobility across teams.
Collaborate with regional people teams on daily HR operations.
Analyze HR data to generate insights and drive improvements.
Design and deliver training for local leaders and employees.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
