Job summary

PepsiCo Philippines seeks an experienced payroll specialist to ensure timely and accurate processing for our multinational workforce. You will serve as the in-house SME for Kronos and Affinity, supporting payroll/HR and driving efficiency in pay element creation and master file maintenance.

Based in our BGC office, you will handle Inpat/Expat payroll queries, deliver thorough reporting to HR and Finance, and uphold strict compliance with policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a large multinational payroll environment.
• Experience with Affinity and Kronos payroll systems.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capability.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure payrolls are processed on time and accurately per schedule.
• Act as in-house SME/Super User of Kronos and support payroll/HR teams.
• Act as in-house SME/Super User of Affinity and develop new pay elements.
• Update and maintain the employee master file and leave entitlements in Affinity.
• Process payments and resolve queries for Inpat and Expat staff.
• Respond to employee inquiries within 24 hours and resolve promptly.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls and proper authorization.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance with applicable industrial instruments.
• Provide punctual reporting to HR and Finance on Workers Compensation and leave provisions.
• Support health, safety, and welfare initiatives for staff participation.
• Assist National Payroll Manager and Payroll team to achieve department goals.
• Participate in audits by providing required documentation.
