Job summary

Tenet Global Business Center, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to handle end-to-end payroll processing for designated groups. The role requires knowledge of payroll principles and local tax regulations, with an emphasis on confidentiality and professional communication.

The candidate will work in a hybrid setup at BGC in Taguig, Philippines, and contribute to process improvements while coordinating with HR/Finance. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of payroll exposure are preferred.

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Payroll or relevant experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll processing with limited supervision using payroll systems.
• Review and process payroll transactions per guidelines.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely processing of payroll.
• Reconcile payroll before transmission and audit entries.
• Administer garnishments and track related payments/orders.
• Research pay-related items and provide timely resolutions.
• Edit/approve time records in Kronos T&A system.
• Understand taxation of earnings for accurate withholding.
• Apply state/local tax regulations to employee records.
• Communicate payroll issues with Corporate Payroll Team and others.
• Analyze and determine adjustments for manual checks, overpayments, retro payments and final payouts.
• Prepare, analyze and contribute to reports as directed.
• Understand dependencies with other HR/Finance departments.
• Identify and propose process improvements.
• Complete audit checklist and SOX reports.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
