Qualifications

• At least 12 years of relevant experience in International Payroll.
• 10+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates individual and team work assignments
• Monitors workload balancing and ensures service levels are met
• Provides feedback to Quality and Performance teams on trends and improvements
• Assists in creating Performance Improvement Plans for underperforming team members
• Night shift schedule and weekends off support the project requirements
