Job summary

Ubiquity in Bacolod is seeking a Payroll Master to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance, and timely reporting. You will handle multi-state or international payroll, audits, and system improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years of payroll experience, a Bachelor’s in accounting/finance/business administration, strong Excel skills, and CPP preferred. Graveyard shift onsite is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience, including multi-state or international payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Perform data accuracy audits and payroll reconciliations.
• Identify and implement process, tools, and system improvements for efficiency.
• Manage payroll data and generate reports using payroll systems.
• Address complex payroll discrepancies and provide escalation support.
• Oversee compliance, tax payments, and year-end payroll filings.
• Work graveyard shift onsite at Bacolod to engage with stakeholders.
