Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Payroll Master to ensure precise payroll processing and strict compliance. You will audit data, drive process improvements, and manage payroll systems to produce accurate reports.

The role requires 3–5 years payroll experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/payroll software skills, with CPP preferred. You’ll work onsite on a graveyard shift in Bacolod to align with stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience, including multi-state or international payroll
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and payroll software
• Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll principles
• High level of confidentiality, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills
• CPP designation is preferred

Responsibilities

• Data accuracy & auditing: perform payroll reconciliations and audits to ensure compliance
• Process, tools and system improvement: identify gaps and implement new procedures
• System management: operate manual and advanced payroll systems to manage data and generate reports
• Escalation support: address complex payroll discrepancies and respond to inquiries
• Compliance & reporting: oversee tax payments, year-end accounts, and payroll filings
