Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline, preferably with technology, systems, or data focus.
• 3–8 years in software implementation, system configuration, or payroll/HR tech projects.
• Experience with technology implementation projects and defect management processes.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy payroll, HR, and workforce technology solutions per business requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable system configurations and implementation solutions.
• Configure rules, templates, workflows, data mappings and solution components.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities and validate configuration against client needs.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and suggest effective resolutions.
