Job summary

EY’s Global Payroll Implementation Program Manager leads large-scale payroll deployments across multiple regions, aligning with client goals and EY standards. You will direct programs from discovery through go-live and stabilization, ensuring data integrity, governance and quality throughout.

This role requires strong PM, change management and stakeholder management skills, with hands-on experience in tools like Workday or SuccessFactors and a track record of delivering complex payroll projects

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Accounting / Finance / Administrations/ Operations.
• MBA or Business Management skills preferred.
• Experience with multi-country payroll implementations and large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global payroll implementation programs across regions and countries.
• Apply best-practice governance, risk management and QA to deliver on time and within scope.
• Act as primary client contact; manage expectations and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee integration of payroll tech platforms with client systems and data flow.
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendors; ensure global methodology alignment.
• End-to-end lifecycle: planning, discovery, design, config, testing, go-live, stabilization.
