Job summary

EY – People Consulting – WFS Consultant is a Senior role focused on Payroll through Workforce Software in EY's Global Delivery Services. The position involves configuring, implementing, and supporting modules, plus end-to-end workflows, testing, and production support across global clients.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in Workforce Software implementations, at least 3 years in global payroll advisory, and holds mandatory PT101/PT102 certifications.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Workforce Software Implementations.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in global payroll advisory or global payroll delivery models.
• Workforce Software Certifications: PT101 and PT102 (Mandatory).
• Experience working with global clients across US, LATAM, and EMEA regions.
• Experience managing Exempt and Non-Exempt employee policy profiles.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Workforce Software modules in line with business requirements.
• Perform end‑to‑end configuration for core processes, policy profiles, and business process frameworks.
• Assist in testing cycles, data validation, issue resolution, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with regional policies and organizational standards.
• Drive effective client communication and delivery cadence; build strong relationships with clients and project counterparts across global locations. Proactively manage risks and ensure excellent client and stakeholder feedback.
