Job summary

Armanino India LLP is hiring a GL Payroll Accountant to manage US and Canada payroll accounting aligned with US GAAP. You will handle GL postings in D365 and OneStream, prepare reconciliations, and assist with annual audits.

The role requires a 4-year degree in Accounting/Finance, experience in a large corporate GL shared services team, and strong Excel skills. Collaboration across teams is essential, with attention to detail and process improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and month-end close processes are required.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy are essential.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage US/Canada payroll GL postings in line with US GAAP.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for payroll accounts.
• Create journal entries to align GL accounts with support.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement process improvements.
• Support payroll audits and auditor requests.
