Job summary

Armanino is seeking an accounting professional to handle cash accounting responsibilities in the Philippines. You will analyze and reconcile bank accounts, assist with month-end close, and ensure accurate balance sheet reconciliations in a dynamic environment.

Strong Excel skills and experience with GL software (D365) are preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Experience with complex bank reconciliations preferred.
• Experience with D365 or similar GL software preferred.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF) required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cash accounting responsibilities include analyzing, reconciling and researching bank accounts and credit card transactions.
• Ensure a complete and accurate month-end close process within established deadlines.
• Prepare periodic balance sheet account reconciliations including cash and payroll accounts.
• Research and resolve issues related to reconciliations and outstanding items.
• Highlight non-routine cash transactions and variances to management.
• Understand information flow through banking, payroll, and GL systems.
• Communicate non-routine transactions and variances to stakeholders.
• Assist with ongoing efforts to streamline cash management processes.
