Job summary

Pearson in Manila is seeking an Advanced Associate, Service Delivery Management (Payroll Administrator) to manage semi-monthly payroll for staff, ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance, and support onboarding/offboarding payments.

You will work with UKG, process pension contributions, run audits, and collaborate with HR and Benefits to ensure timely and confidential payroll processing while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of payroll office experience.
• Hands-on HRIS and payroll system familiarity.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll for staff using UKG, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding pay items, including prorated and final pay.
• Import/validate payroll files and assist data entry accuracy.
• Process manual checks and report pension contributions to authorities.
• Conduct timekeeping audits and coordinate with HR/Benefits on payroll updates.
