Job summary

collective resourcing is seeking a Senior Paraplanner to support two Australian wealth teams from the Philippines. You will perform advanced research, build projections, and draft high‑quality SOAs/ROAs while engaging directly with advisers.

Requires RG146, 3+ years in Australian paraplanning, and strong Xplan skills. You’ll work across SMSFs, trusts, and platforms to add value beyond basic instruction.

Qualifications

• RG146 qualified and Australian compliance knowledge.
• 3+ years' experience as an Australian financial services paraplanner.
• 3+ years' experience using Xplan software including WS, RR and Xtools+.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategy research on Australian superannuation and retirement planning.
• Prepare WealthSolver and platform comparisons for SMSFs and trusts.
• Develop risk pre-assessments and insurance quotes.
• Build lifetime cash flow projections and model investment strategies.
• Draft Statements of Advice and other client documents.
• Support multiple advisers and manage deadlines.
