Job summary

Global Back Office Solutions Pty Ltd Financial Planning division seeks an experienced Paraplanner to join the team in Manila/Philippines. You will develop and prepare Statements of Advice, Records of Advice, and strategy papers while ensuring compliance with licensee standards.

Requirements include a BS in Financial Management, 2+ years paraplanner experience, and proficiency with XPLAN and MS Office. RG-146 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in financial management or related field.
• 2+ years relevant paraplanner experience.
• Advance Diploma of Paraplanning preferred (RG-146).
• Strong knowledge of superannuation, investments, personal insurance, and Centrelink.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SoAs, RoAs, and Strategy Papers in line with licensee standards and compliance.
• Generate compliance reports to support Advice Documents.
• Review client information and ensure suitability of recommendations.
• Conduct product and insurance research using designated software.
• Prepare financial modelling/projections and compare scenarios.
• Liaise with adviser pods and support staff as needed.
• Support Paraplanning Manager and Practice Manager as required.
• Meet deadlines and maintain timesheets and ad-hoc tasks.
