Job summary

Shore 360 is seeking an experienced Australian paraplanner to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will produce SOAs, ROAs, and wealth planning documentation in Xplan, conduct end-to-end research with Xplan WealthSolver and Xplan Risk Researcher, and model retirement and cash flow using CALM for SMSFs, companies, and discretionary trusts.

You will work from a strategy brief, ensure compliance with licensee standards, draft client-ready materials in Australian English, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Australian paraplanning experience in the last 12 months.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Xplan experience as a daily production tool.
• Proven experience preparing SOAs and ROAs from start to finish.
• Strong Xplan WealthSolver experience for investment and product research.
• Strong Xplan Risk Researcher experience for personal insurance research.
• Proven financial modelling experience including retirement, cash flow and capital modelling.
• Experience with SMSFs and non-individual entities such as companies and discretionary trusts.
• Experience in an Australian financial planning practice.
• Strong knowledge of Australian financial planning regulations and licensee standards.
• Ability to work independently from a strategy brief with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SOAs, ROAs, and other documentation in Xplan.
• Conduct end-to-end investment/product research using Xplan WealthSolver.
• Build scenarios, configure fees, and prepare product comparisons.
• Conduct personal insurance research using Xplan Risk Researcher.
• Record and manage insurance cover and ownership structures.
• Model retirement and cash flow using CALM for various entities.
• Prepare modelling outputs and present clear results.
• Explain drivers behind modelling outcomes clearly.
• Work from a strategy brief to produce presentation-ready documents in Xplan.
• Ensure compliance with licensee templates and Australian regulations.
• Write client-facing documentation in Australian English.
• Support implementation of superannuation, investments, and insurance strategies.
• Maintain client records in Xplan and coordinate with the Principal Adviser.
