Job summary

Multiplymii LLC, a growth-focused digital marketing agency, seeks a Senior Paid Media Buyer to manage and scale campaigns across Meta and Google for a portfolio of D2C ecommerce clients and leads. You’ll collaborate with strategists, managers, and creatives, translating data into actionable insights and driving profitability.

You will test audiences, creatives, budgets, and structures, applying advanced measurement principles.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns, especially on Meta.
• Must have hands-on experience with Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Senior-level experience in ecommerce performance marketing connected to profitability.
• Strong understanding of media measurement including MTA, MMM, and conversion lift testing.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, manage, and scale Meta campaigns; potential support for TikTok and Pinterest.
• Manage Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns; balance paid search and paid social.
• Oversee day-to-day execution across multiple ecommerce and lead-generation accounts.
• Monitor performance and test audiences, creatives, budgets, and structures for growth.
• Analyze performance using attribution approaches and translate insights into client-facing recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, forecasting, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with strategists and creative teams to develop effective AI-assisted ad copy and direction.
