enablesGROUP is seeking a senior Paid Media Buyer for E-commerce and B2B lead generation. You will lead performance marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads, while shaping creative strategy and briefs for design teams.

Expect collaboration with US-based teams and a hybrid schedule in Pasig, Manila. The role requires 5+ years in paid media, experience with premium brands, and a proven track record in DTC and B2B campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid-media/performance-marketing experience.
• Experience with premium or luxury brands is required.
• Strong experience managing DTC/e-commerce customer-acquisition campaigns.
• Strong experience managing B2B lead-generation campaigns.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and performance analytics.
• Understanding of ROAS, CPA/CAC, CTR, CPM, CVR, and CPL.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid-media campaigns across DTC and B2B.
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns for acquisition, prospecting, retargeting, conversion, and lead-gen.
• Oversee B2B lead-generation campaigns to support growth.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, targeting, bidding, and performance metrics.
• Analyze e-commerce performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV, revenue).
• Analyze B2B performance (CPL, lead quality, conversion, pipeline).
• Translate data into clear creative briefs for Designers and Editors.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, strategy, and e-commerce teams.
