Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AWS, GCP and Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Medical Imaging, PACS or DICOM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up.
• Perform system trial runs to verify performance against specs.
• Install/upgrade hardware and software, configure systems and document processes.
• Conduct functional inspections of installed systems (remote and on-site).
• Provide feedback and recommendations for service/tools improvements.
