Job summary

Optum Philippines, part of UnitedHealth Group, seeks a qualified IT professional to support the integration of cloud-based imaging workflows in a hybrid role. You will work with AWS, GCP and Azure, PACS/DICOM, Unix/Linux, and VMware, delivering installation, configuration, testing, and customer-facing services while maintaining strong communication and time management across multiple projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with Medical Imaging, PACS or DICOM
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and VMware
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
Perform trial run of systems to ensure performance meets specifications
Install/upgrade hardware and software, configure systems, test and document per defined processes
Conduct functional inspections and data monitoring to minimize errors
Provide feedback and recommendations for service/tools improvements
Generate customer reports and documentation
Coordinate tasks across multiple teams and shifts
Adhere to employment contract terms and company policies
