You'll develop bonding diagrams, manage BOM, lead qualification, and apply DFMEA/PFMEA and other quality tools. Proactive risk management and adherence to internal procedures are required to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3–5 years in semiconductor packaging and assembly.
• Proven technical project management experience.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage packaging projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope delivery.
• Serve as packaging and assembly expert, guiding design and process decisions and resolving issues.
• Create and refine bonding diagrams and contribute to evolving design rules.
• Lead BOM selection to optimize performance, cost, and manufacturability.
• Develop, execute, and oversee qualification planning and execution.
• Review assembly and qualification data to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Track tasks and milestones, flag delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify risks and resource conflicts, proposing solutions to the Technical Project Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure deliverables meet AQP requirements and internal documentation procedures.
• Lead or participate in Ishikawa or 8D analyses for issues and deviations.
• Utilize DFMEA, PFMEA, Ishikawa, DRBFM, and related quality tools effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules and budgets.
