Job summary

Mace is seeking a site professional in the Philippines to coordinate ELV and security systems packages, ensuring safe and compliant delivery. You will monitor progress, keep accurate records, and foster strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders to drive project outcomes.

Applicants should hold a recognised construction qualification with CSCS, understand drawings and progress tracking, and maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised construction qualification plus CSCS card.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, drawings, programme management and progress tracking.
• Knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing standards including SMSTS/SSSTS.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management; working towards CIOB or equivalent membership.

• Coordinate ELV and security systems packages for safe, efficient, and compliant delivery.
• Monitor site progress, maintain records and track completed works against programme requirements.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with contractors, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to progress reviews, inspections, quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a strong safety culture through site inductions, inspections and observation reporting.
• Utilise digital tools and processes while supporting Mace's sustainability commitments.

You’ll Need To Have

• Recognised construction qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND, degree or equivalent) with relevant CSCS card.
• Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, programme management and progress tracking.
• Knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing standards, including SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; working towards CIOB or equivalent membership.
