Responsibilities

• Evaluates, analyzes, and determines acceptance/rejection of new business and renewals within assigned P&C lines per underwriting guidelines and authority limits.
• Takes full ownership of the department’s Plan, including topline and bottom-line performance objectives.
• Engages with intermediaries to promote Chubb’s products and services, enhancing visibility and market presence.
• Cultivates strong relationships with intermediaries and direct accounts to gather underwriting information, boost submissions, and secure bound accounts; coordinates with other Chubb lines.
• Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the policy administration lifecycle, including data collection, policy issuance, premium booking, and credit control.
• Supports management in formulating strategies and action plans to drive growth and expansion.
• Generates comprehensive internal reports and prepares required external regulatory reports.
• Supports management of global multinational programs when the country serves as the Producing Office.
• Undertakes special projects and performs additional related responsibilities.
