Qualifications

• Uses research methods to identify organizational development needs.
• Plans and executes change management strategies with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, execution, and measurement of key OD programs anchored on the OD pillars to build a high performing organization.
• Monitors progress and adjusts programs to meet strategic HR goals.
• Collaborates with leadership to embed best practices across the organization.

Position description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Initiates and leads the processes of the different Organization Development pillars2. Spearheads the research and development of leading edge and best practices on the Organization Development pillars and embeds these into the organization3. Devises and executes strategies and plans to drive continuous people transformation4. Conducts research through various methods (including data collection, surveys, etc.) to identify key areas that need to be addressed5. Designs and selects suitable frameworks to implement strategic and practical change management plans that address people concerns6. Establishes control systems for compliance with business methods and Human Resource practices7.
