As a subject matter expert in Supply Chain Management (SCM), you will be responsible for spearheading the delivery of Oracle Fusion SCM engagements. This leadership position involves directing a team of specialized consultants while providing vital support to business development and presales initiatives. Your primary focus will include strategic planning, comprehensive project oversight, and day-to-day operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Direct the end-to-end delivery of various Oracle Fusion SCM initiatives, maintaining a high standard of execution and ensuring client success.
• System Configuration: Lead the setup and personalization of core modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Product Master Data Management, and Supply Chain Orchestration.
• Strategic Advisory: Partner with clients to identify business pain points and engineer strategic solutions that leverage the full potential of Oracle Fusion features.
• Business Growth: Drive commercial activities by providing presales consulting, designing solution architectures, and determining project effort estimations.
• Client Advocacy: Build enduring partnerships as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the return on their SCM technology investments.
• Team Development: Manage and mentor consultant teams, promoting professional growth and a culture of collaborative knowledge exchange.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Background: Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
• Professional Experience: Over 10 years of practical experience working with Oracle Fusion SCM modules and their associated sub-systems.
• Implementation Track Record: A minimum of 5 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations successfully completed.
• People Management: Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing personnel effectively.
• Presales Expertise: Strong background in business development, specifically in solution design and effort estimation.
• Functional Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of SCM workflows, including supply chain planning, procurement, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
