Job summary

ERNI, a Swiss-headquartered software development company with a large presence in Manila, is seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite Developer. You will mentor developers, design and integrate ERP solutions across HRMS and GL/Financials, and collaborate with business users to deliver high-quality software on hybrid work arrangements.

You should bring 8+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience, strong PL/SQL, workflows, and reporting skills, plus familiarity with SDLC, Agile, Azure DevOps,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and Financials modules.
• Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered app concepts.
• Experience in custom design/development and integration with Oracle E-Business Suite.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members and share knowledge on ERP support across platforms.
• Work with project teams to ensure functional and technical requirements are met.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications per standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and assist in system integration testing.
