Create Synergies Inc. in Mandaluyong City, Philippines, seeks a Senior Oracle EBS Developer to lead core EBS development and customization for Financials and Service modules in a shared enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate combines deep EBS R12 customization skills with expert PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and ORDS-based API integration to connect legacy ERP with modern web platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical development, including deep customization and architectural delivery.
• Proven track record of operating effectively as a shared technical resource across multiple product owners and concurrent release cycles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain technical customizations across core Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, INV, FA) and Service/Operations modules.
• Write robust, optimized PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, bulk collect, dynamic SQL) following enterprise standards.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Forms (6i/10g) and Oracle Reports; configure Oracle Workflow and AME to automate complex processes.
• Register and configure Concurrent Programs, parameter sets, and request sets; debug execution failures and resolve scheduling conflicts.
