ERNI, a Swiss software company with 800+ staff, operates its APAC service center from Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. They seek a senior developer to design and build robust software in complex environments across MedTech, Industry, Finance, and Transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in system architecture, with 3 years in a senior developer role.
• Strong experience in .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server and Oracle).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Nice to have.Azure DevOps, CI/CD, YAML, Azure Cloud Services, ServiceNow, Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, QA, Product Owners, and technical stakeholders.
• Design and develop secure, maintainable, and scalable applications, APIs, integrations, and database solutions.
• Resolve complex production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and deploy fixes, scripts, patches, and application updates.
• Improve system stability and proactively prevent recurring issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, secure coding, and CI/CD practices.
• Help automate support processes using AI, chatbots, and other automation technologies.
• Contribute to technical improvements, research, and innovation.
