Job summary

ERNI, a Swiss-headquartered software company with a Manila service center, seeks an experienced System Architect/Senior Developer to design and deliver secure, scalable software solutions. You will work across cross-functional teams on projects in MedTech, Industry, Finance, and Transportation.

You will mentor, drive architecture decisions, and contribute to DevOps and CI/CD practices within a hybrid delivery model in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in system architecture, design, and development.
• 3+ years in a senior developer role.
• Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, Web APIs, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience with SharePoint and SPFx; relational databases (SQL Server/Oracle).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Design and develop secure, maintainable, scalable applications, APIs, integrations, and databases.
• Resolve production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop and deploy fixes, scripts, and application updates.
• Improve system stability and proactively prevent recurring issues.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge base materials.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Ensure code quality with unit testing, reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Assist automate support processes using AI and automation technologies.
