Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Workflow and Oracle Reporting Tools.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Applications Developer to support and enhance enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle-based HR and payroll solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources.

This role also involves system enhancements, reporting development, integrations, troubleshooting, mentoring junior developers, and participating in the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle HCM applications and related solutions.
• Develop and support custom reports, workflows, interfaces, and database objects.
• Create and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support system integrations and data migration activities.
• Participate in design reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with business users, analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience supporting and developing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
• Strong experience with Oracle HRMS, including:

• Advanced experience in Oracle PL/SQL and complex SQL development.
• Experience with Oracle Workflow development and support.

• Experience in application customization and integration within Oracle EBS environments.
