Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Applications Developer (HCM) to support the development, enhancement, integration, and maintenance of enterprise Human Capital Management solutions. This role focuses on Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits) with strong PL/SQL, workflow, and reporting expertise.

You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with analysts, QA, and stakeholders, and contribute to business-critical digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience supporting and developing Oracle E-Business Suite applications, HRMS modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits) and Financials.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including complex SQL development and performance optimization.
• Proven experience with Oracle Workflow and Oracle reporting technologies such as XML Publisher and Oracle Reports Builder.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications supporting HCM and ERP functions.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, project stakeholders, and end users to deliver solutions.
• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL programs, workflows, reports, database procedures, integrations, and automation scripts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while driving system performance improvements.
• Support system integration, testing activities, bug fixing, and production deployments.
• Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior developers.
