Job summary

Our client in Mandaluyong City, Philippines seeks a Senior Oracle EBS Developer to drive R12 customization and integration with modern web environments. The role centers on core development, AP/AR/GL/INV modules, and cross-system data exposure using ORDS and REST APIs.

You will design, build, and maintain PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, Workflow, and AME; manage Concurrent Manager; and collaborate with multiple product teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 8–12 years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 technical development experience.
• Experience delivering cross-team, multi-owner ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain technical customizations across core Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, INV, FA) and Service/Operations modules (Depot Repair, TeleService, Order Management, WIP, BOM, CRM Foundations).
• Write robust, optimized PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, triggers, bulk collect, dynamic SQL).
• Develop and maintain Oracle Forms (6i/10g) and Oracle Reports; configure Oracle Workflow and AME for complex processes.
• Register and configure Concurrent Programs and debug failures within the Concurrent Manager.
• Expose EBS data via ORDS REST APIs to modern web platforms; perform middleware integrations.
• Tune database performance, analyze SQL plans, and optimize indexing for scalability.
• Collaborate across product teams in Agile ceremonies and drive cross-system delivery.

Our client, a premier global engineering and industrial technology leader, is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Developer. Operating out of Mandaluyong City, Philippines, this critical role serves as a shared enterprise resource supporting core business applications, Customer Service Delivery systems, Product Intelligence, and Learning Platform networks. The ideal architect combines deep Oracle E-Business Suite R12 core customization skills with expert-level PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and modern API integration frameworks (ORDS) to connect legacy ERP systems with modern web environments.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle EBS R12 Core Development & Customization

• Module Engineering: Design, build, and maintain technical customizations across core Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, INV, Fixed Assets) and Service/Operations modules (Depot Repair, TeleService, Order Management, WIP, BOM, CRM Foundations).
• Database & Logic Layer: Write robust, optimized, and well-documented PL/SQL (packages, procedures, functions, database triggers, bulk collect operations, and dynamic SQL) following enterprise standards.
• Forms, Reports & Workflow: Develop and maintain Oracle Forms (6i/10g) and Oracle Reports, while configuring Oracle Workflow and AME (Approvals Management Engine) to automate complex business processes.
• Concurrent Manager Administration: Register and configure Concurrent Programs, parameter sets, and request sets; debug execution failures and resolve scheduling conflicts within the Concurrent Manager environment.

Web Integration & API Engineering

• Modern API Bridges: Expose underlying EBS data structures to modern web platforms via Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and REST APIs to enable cross-system data synchronization.
• Middleware Integration: Utilize EBS open interface tables and standard Oracle APIs for bulk data loading, data migration, and third‑party middleware integrations.

Performance Optimization, Quality & Governance

• Database Performance Tuning: Debug production bottlenecks, analyze SQL execution plans, optimize indexing strategies, and continuously improve overall system performance and scalability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a shared technical expert across multiple product teams, managing competing release priorities while participating in Agile ceremonies and technical design discussions.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Engineering Tenure: 8–12 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical development, including deep customization and architectural delivery.
• Cross-Team Delivery: Proven track record of operating effectively as a shared technical resource across multiple product owners and concurrent release cycles.

Technical Stack Capabilities

• PL/SQL Expertise: Expert‑level mastery of PL/SQL development, including exception handling, performance tuning, and advanced data processing techniques.
• Forms & Reports: Demonstrated experience supporting Oracle Forms (6i/10g) and Oracle Reports within a live R12 operational environment.
• EBS Financials & Operations: Direct technical experience across Financials (AP, AR, GL, INV, FA) and Service/Operations modules (Depot Repair, Order Management, TeleService, WIP, BOM).
• Workflow & Controls: Hands‑on experience configuring Oracle Workflow, AME rules, and Concurrent Manager objects.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) for web exposure.
• Familiarity with OAF (Oracle Application Framework) page personalizations and custom region extensions.
• Exposure to cloud migration strategies (Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle Fusion).
• Understanding of Agile delivery practices and middleware integrations (e.g., MuleSoft).
