Job summary

Emerson, Mandaluyong, Philippines, seeks a Senior Oracle EBS Developer to own end-to-end EBS customizations across multiple modules and to bridge database layers to modern web apps. You will work across Customer Service Delivery, Product Intelligence, and Learning Platform teams, delivering robust PL/SQL and forms/reports support.

The role requires 8–12 years in Oracle EBS R12, strong PL/SQL, and experience with Forms, Reports, ORDS, and AME.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 development, including active customization and development.
• Expert-level PL/SQL development skills including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, bulk collect, dynamic SQL, and exception handling.
• Experience developing and maintaining Oracle Forms (6i/10g) and Oracle Reports in live EBS R12 environments.
• Experience with program registration, parameter set configuration, request set design, and debugging failed concurrent requests.
• Strong experience across Oracle EBS financial modules (AP, AR, GL, INV, Fixed Assets) and service modules (Depot Repair, TeleService, Order Management, WIP, BOM, CRM Foundations).
• Experience configuring and extending Oracle Workflow and AME for business process automation.
• Solid SQL performance tuning skills and ability to work as a shared/cross-team resource across multiple products and releases.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to document technical solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 customizations across financial and service modules.
• Write robust, well-documented PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, and dynamic SQL.
• Build and maintain Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports to support business processes.
• Register and manage Concurrent Programs, parameter sets, and request sets; debug failed requests.
• Design and implement Oracle Workflow and AME configurations for automation.
• Support and extend EBS integrations across multiple modules and teams.
• Expose EBS data to web applications via ORDS and REST APIs for cross-team data sharing.
• Debug production issues and tune SQL/PLSQL performance; improve scalability.
• Manage competing priorities as a shared resource and communicate risks and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in agile ceremonies and technical design discussions.
