Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Developer to own complex EBS customizations end‑to‑end and connect Oracle database layers to modern web apps. You will support Customer Service Delivery, Product Intelligence, and Learning Platform teams globally.

The role requires deep R12 development, PL/SQL excellence, and experience with Oracle Forms/Reports, ORDS, and automation via AME. Strong problem solving and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years hands‑on Oracle EBS R12 development experience with active customization.
• Expert-level PL/SQL development skills including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, bulk collect and dynamic SQL.
• Proven experience with Oracle Forms (6i/10g) and Oracle Reports in live EBS R12.
• Experience registering/confguring concurrent requests and debugging failures.
• Knowledge of Oracle Workflow and AME for automation.
• Strong communication to document solutions for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain EBS R12 customizations across financial and service modules.
• Write robust PL/SQL code and maintain documentation per coding standards.
• Build and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports to support business processes.
• Expose EBS data via ORDS and REST APIs for cross‑team sharing.
• Tune SQL/PL/SQL performance and debug production issues.
• Coordinate priorities across multiple teams and participate in agile ceremonies.
