Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Developer in Mandaluyong, Philippines, to own complex EBS customizations end-to-end across financial and service modules. You will bridge Oracle database layers to modern web applications and maintain enterprise systems driving global operations.

You will design and implement PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and workflows, while collaborating across Customer Service Delivery, Product Intelligence, and Learning Platform teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 development, including active customization and development.
• Expert-level PL/SQL development skills: packages, procedures, functions, triggers, bulk collect, dynamic SQL, exception handling.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining Oracle Forms (6i/10g) and Oracle Reports in live EBS R12.
• Experience with concurrent programs, parameter sets, request sets, debugging failed concurrent requests.
• Strong experience across Oracle EBS financial modules: AP, AR, GL, INV, Fixed Assets.
• Experience with EBS service/operations modules: Depot Repair, TeleService, Order Management, WIP, BOM, CRM Foundations.
• Experience configuring Oracle Workflow and AME for business automation.
• SQL performance tuning and cross-team collaboration; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication; documenting technical solutions clearly for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS R12 customizations across financial and service modules.
• Write robust, well-documented PL/SQL code following Emerson standards.
• Build and maintain Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports to support business needs.
• Register and manage Concurrent Programs, parameter sets, and request sets; debug failed concurrent requests.
• Design and implement Oracle Workflow and AME configurations for automation.
• Support and extend EBS module integrations with Depot Repair, TeleService, Order Management, and related apps.
• Expose EBS data via ORDS and REST APIs for cross-team data sharing.
• Debug production issues, tune SQL/PLSQL performance, and improve scalability.
• Manage competing priorities as a shared resource; communicate timelines, dependencies and risks.
• Conduct code reviews and participate in agile ceremonies; contribute to technical design discussions.
