Job summary

HRTX in Mandaluyong City seeks an experienced Oracle EBS R12 developer for a hybrid role. You will design and maintain EBS extensions across financial and service modules, write high-performance PL/SQL, and build Forms, Reports, and workflows.

You will manage concurrent programs, extend integrations with ORDS and REST APIs, troubleshoot production issues, tune SQL, and collaborate in Agile ceremonies to align cross-team priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8-12 years of Oracle EBS R12 development experience.
• Expert in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
• Strong experience with EBS Financial, Operations, and Service modules.
• Skilled in Oracle Workflow, AME, SQL tuning, and concurrent requests.
• Experience with customization, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• API & System Integration: Extend EBS integrations and expose data via ORDS and REST APIs.
• Optimization & Production Support: Troubleshoot issues, tune performance, and optimize indexes.

Key Responsibilities

• EBS: Design and maintain Oracle EBS R12 extensions across financial (AP, AR, GL, INV, FA) and service modules (Depot Repair, TeleService, OM, WIP, BOM, CRM).

• PL/SQL Development: Write high-performance PL/SQL (packages, triggers, bulk collect, dynamic SQL) following coding standards.

• Forms, Reports & Workflows: Build Oracle Forms/Reports and automate business processes using Oracle Workflow and AME.

• Concurrent Manager: Register and manage Concurrent Programs, parameter sets, request sets, and resolve job failures/conflicts.

• API & System Integration: Extend EBS module integrations and expose data to external web apps using Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) and REST APIs.

• Optimization & Production Support: Troubleshoot production issues, tune SQL/PL/SQL performance via execution plans, and optimize indexes.

• Agile & Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and technical design while proactively managing cross-team priorities and timelines.
