Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance/Procurement specialist to provide BAU production support in a fast-paced environment. You will manage incidents, problems and changes per ITIL, facilitate upgrades, and guide junior resources while coordinating with F&P users.

You will collaborate with Arcadis 3rd party vendors, participate in Oracle Quarterly Update processes, and maintain configuration documentation to ensure SLA-compliant service delivery across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with practical Oracle Cloud Finance/Procurement knowledge.
5+ years of proven Oracle Cloud Finance/Procurement experience and production support.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Production environments and incident/problem management.

Responsibilities

Incident, Problem, and Change management based on ITIL practices.
Facilitating Oracle Upgrades and testing of issues in lower environments.
Collaborate with F&P users and Arcadis vendors to implement solutions.
Maintain configuration workbooks and documentation; guide junior resources.
Monitor production activities and ensure SLA adherence.
