Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited in Manila seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement support specialist to manage incidents, problems, and changes per ITIL. You will facilitate upgrades, test fixes, and work closely with F&P users to ensure efficient daily operations and adherence to SLAs.

You will mentor junior staff, maintain documentation, and support quarterly Oracle updates and deployments to improve overall business efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience with Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement.
• Experience supporting Production environments for Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Incident, Problem, and Change management based on ITIL practices.
• Facilitating Oracle Upgrades and testing of issues in lower environments.
• Collaborate with F&P users and ensure SLA-driven production support.
• Configure/develop solutions per business requirements and analyze issues.
• Maintain configuration workbooks and provide RCA with proposed solutions.
• Mentor junior resources and monitor regular production activities.
