Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM developer/configurator to join our global team in a role focused on BAU support and continuous improvement within the Oracle HCM domain (Core HCM, OTL, ORC, OLC, Benefits and Compensation, Performance Management, HR Helpdesk).

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR business processes and the ability to resolve issues quickly and convert business requirements into system solutions.
• Experience with HCM fast formulas, HDLs, HCM Extracts.
• Experience with Azure Dev/Ops.
• Experience in the HCM domain with the ability to assess impact of change.
• Ability to work on Continuous Improvement & business projects when needed.
• Ability to review & challenge proposed solution designs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with Global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud / SQL / OTBI / BI Publisher advantageous.
• Experience in stakeholder management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Configuration/development of solutions per business requirements.
• Analyse and resolve production issues per SLA.
• Plan & prioritize backlog with HCM product owner.
• Collaborate with HCM module leads and cross-functional leads to deliver.
• Ensure efficiency in daily standups/refinements/retrospectives.
• Maintain configuration workbooks and documentation.
• Prioritize workload and deliver as per deadline.
• Support/guide junior resources in resolving tickets and CI requirements.
• Collaborates with domain BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EU’s.
• Collaborates with Product Owners, Oracle O&O colleagues and 3rd parties to meet business needs.
• Collaborates with wider OOO team to ensure consistency and standards.
• Participates in Oracle Quarterly Update testing with KBUs and Test Manager.
• Joins Oracle support sessions to understand product development.
• Proactively assesses the technical landscape and ensures integrations are optimally configured.
• Contributes to CI projects with documentation and deployment guides.
