Arcadis is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance and Procurement support professional to manage incident, change, and problem activities while coordinating closely with F&P stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience & practical knowledge.
5+ years of proven experience with Oracle Cloud Finance & Procurement.
Experience in supporting Production environment related to Oracle Cloud Finance & Procurement.
Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Incident, Problem, and Change management based on ITIL practices.
Facilitating Oracle Upgrades.
Testing of issues in lower environments.
Collaborating with F&P key users and ensuring SLA adherence.
Maintaining configuration workbooks and documentation.
Guide junior resources in resolving tickets and RCA proposals.
Monitor and report on regular production activities.
