Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory/managerial experience (multi-branch exposure).
• Strong background in retail operations, inventory systems, and performance monitoring.
• Proven ability in driving sales, KPI achievement, and team performance.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for forecasting and planning.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide when needed.
