Job summary

GRUMPY JOE in the Philippines seeks a senior restaurant leader to oversee multi-branch operations, develop SOPs, implement KPIs, and enforce high service standards across all locations.

You will build and coach regional management teams, own P&L and forecasting, drive profitability through cost control, and analyze performance with data-driven decisions; travel regularly to support expansion and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years progressive management in hospitality, F&B, or multi-branch operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant ops and ability to enforce SOPs across locations.
• Financial management skills including P&L, forecasting and cost control.
• Proven ability to coach and hold management teams accountable.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving and data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel regularly between branches.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication.
