Senior Operations Manager – Healthcare

Shift: Night Shift

Salary: 140,000 to 150,000

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager with strong healthcare operations experience. The candidate must have handled multiple teams within a purely healthcare BPO account.

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• At least 5+ years experience in purely healthcare BPO
• Background in UMR, Prior Authorization, Billing, Claims, or other healthcare processes
• Experience managing team leads and supervisors
• Strong KPI and performance management background
• Amenable to onsite work
• Amenable to night shift
