A staffing solutions company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the achievement of KPIs in Taguig, Philippines. The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor's or master's degree and have at least 15 years of experience, particularly in handling healthcare insurance accounts. This hybrid role requires strong leadership skills, risk management capabilities, and a strategic mindset for long-term planning. • Experience in handling healthcare insurance accounts in GCC is a must
