Job summary

Kemin in the Philippines seeks a Sr Manager – Operations to lead manufacturing excellence across safety, production, and maintenance. You will drive Lean initiatives, optimize plant performance and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet quality and delivery goals.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, monitoring KPIs, implementing process improvements, and developing the maintenance program while building a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 15+ years in chemical process manufacturing/operations.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, maintenance, quality, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day manufacturing operations to maximize uptime and output.
• Drive KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Lead maintenance, plant admin and stores with cross-functional teams.
• Implement Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Develop and mentor team, manage performance and staffing.
