Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (board passer) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant’s maintenance function, ensuring equipment reliability and uptime.
• Develop, implement and oversee equipment preventive maintenance program.
• Manage maintenance schedules and ensure resources for planned and unplanned repairs.
• Oversee plant modifications, upgrades and new installations to support production.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and RCA for equipment failures.
• Ensure Engineering projects are completed on time, within budget and meet specs.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, RAC Technicians, engineers and staff.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and energy conservation initiatives.
