Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee client deliverables, optimize team workflows, and drive project execution across design, content, web delivery and P/M. You will operate as the second-in-command to the Founder with autonomy and strategic influence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in a creative/marketing agency, hands-on experience across design, copy, web builds, and content marketing, and a strong capability to push the team to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in a creative or marketing agency across design, content, web delivery and campaigns.
• Deep multi-disciplinary background in brand, digital content, web builds and paid/organic marketing.
• Strong eye for layout, typography and on-brand copy with a proactive improvement stance.
• Comfort with AI tools and modern marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review all client deliverables before release for quality, accuracy and brand alignment.
• Organize and monitor team workflow using Teamwork, including budgeting and timelines.
• Lead team meetings and set direction for projects and clients.
• Oversee and improve SOPs and project delivery processes.
• Support website delivery across WordPress (Elementor), Shopify and Squarespace.
• Flag layout, copy and design issues before client delivery.
• Coordinate client communications using templates and manage escalations professionally.
• Contribute to email campaigns, social media packages, ads, and website copy.
