Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Head of Meta Creatives for an independent contractor role. You’ll own Meta creative strategy and production, researching markets, developing concepts, writing scripts, shooting B-roll, editing video ads, and designing static ads.

You’ll work directly with the client founder to deliver a weekly creative pipeline and translate performance data into test ideas. This is 100% remote, flexible, contractor-based compensation in AUD.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience developing, scripting, and editing direct-response Meta ads for DTC/e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of creative research, customer psychology, hooks, angles, retention and pacing.
• Ability to interpret Meta Ads data and translate findings into creative decisions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve and knowledge of Meta placement specs.
• Experience directing UGC creators/actors for A-roll and planning high-quality product B-roll.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta creative strategy and production in collaboration with the founder.
• Research markets, angles, and competitors; develop concepts and write scripts.
• Shoot B-roll, edit video ads, and design static ads with direct-response copy.
• Write primary text, headlines and CTAs to accompany creatives.
• Plan and shoot product B-roll for multiple creatives; export to required formats.
• Review results with the media buyer and recommend tests; manage weekly creative pipeline.
