Who How Global Pty Ltd TA Step Change is seeking a Creative Operations Executive to manage agency traffic for a 5+ person creative team across video, motion, graphic, social, web and digital. Hands-on design experience is required to scope, review and feedback on work daily.

The role sits between Client Success, Creative and Operations, with a fully remote setup based in the Philippines and a 40-hour week aligned to Sydney time. Salary ranges PHP 70,000–80,000 monthly depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design experience across Adobe suite, Figma, Canva and video editing tools.
• 3+ years in an agency traffic, studio, production or project management role overseeing creative workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review briefs for references and clear asks.
• Build and maintain job schedules across the team.
• Run daily stand-ups and weekly WIPs to track due dates and blockers.
• Scope hours at briefing and ensure estimates stay within client value and billable hours.
• Provide clear feedback on creative work and coaching against briefs and brand.
